I’m available for on-site visits or remote screensharing consultations most afternoons, evenings and weekends, to complement people with a traditional business hours schedule. (Please note that I do not offer IT service in the mornings.)

I offer remote screensharing when possible, at a discounted rate. Using Zoom, I can screenshare with PC’s, Mac’s, iPhones, iPads, and Android phones and tablets. I can also video chat onFacebook Messenger, Google Meet, Skype, and WhatsApp.

Payment is due in full when services are rendered. I accept electronic forms of payment, including: Paypal; Venmo; Zelle; and, credit cards via Square with an added 3% convenience fee (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). I do not accept personal checks.

Remote residential consultations are $96 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments; so, starting at $24 for the first 15 minutes.

On-site residential consultations are $120 per hour, with a $10 trip charge within my service area, and a one-hour minimum, billed in 15 minute increments thereafter.

Remote business consultations are $132 per hour with a half-hour minimum and billed in 15 minute increments thereafter. Onsite business consultations are $140 per hour, with a $16 trip charge and a one-hour minimum, billed in 15 minute increments thereafter.

My service area is north central Austin: north of downtown; west of Mueller; south of 183; and, east of 360. An additional trip charge applies outside of that area, and during peak traffic times.
